Safe & Sound Protocol
A non-invasive, evidence-based auditory intervention that gently regulates the nervous system — creating the somatic conditions of safety that allow deeper psychological and relational work to take root.
format
5 hours of specially filtered music delivered across 10+ sessions, paced to your nervous system’s readiness. Can be done in-person or virtually.

Especially supportive for those navigating anxiety, trauma, sensory sensitivities, or emotional dysregulation — and those wanting a somatic foundation for deeper therapy.
Availability
Available year-round. Can stand alone or be paired with individual therapy and depth psychological work for compounded integration.
