The path that led
to this work.
Psychotherapy that approaches healing as an art form: one that lives in the body, speaks through metaphor, and unfolds in the stories we carry and create. It’s about tuning into the wisdom of your body, exploring the images and symbols that rise from within, and shaping your experiences into narratives that reflect not just where you’ve been, but who you’re becoming. This process isn’t about fixing what’s broken – it’s about refining what’s already within you.

Approach
Where the psyche, body,
and story converge.
Jungian frameworks illuminate what lives in the unconscious. Somatic practice brings those insights into the body. And story – personal myth, symbol, image – takes us to where ordinary language doesn’t reach.
- Depth psychological exploration of the unconscious
- Somatic awareness & nervous system regulation
- Active imagination & archetypal work
- Expressive arts as a therapeutic container
- Relational & community-based healing

To some
Credentials matter.
My path moved from biology and neuroscience through business and into clinical mental health – each detour widening the lens I lived my life through. Graduate studies at Naropa placed the wisdom of the body at the center of the therapeutic process. My thesis traced the personal images that surfaced around early childhood abandonment, exploring how relational rupture shapes identity, embodiment, and meaning-making. The images that emerged there led me into Jungian analysis, where I continue to study the language our unconscious speaks.
To others
Story matters more.
I came to this work not only through study, but through personal experience. In my early twenties, a drug-induced psychosis permanently altered the trajectory of my life – leaving behind a long, nonlinear recovery that opened the door to a profound relationship with my interior life.
The path into this work
The reckoning
In the aftermath, I developed chronic panic attacks and persistent disorientation. It became clear the episode had unsurfaced layers of unresolved trauma stemming from early relational wounds, chronic illness, and being in a body that no longer felt safe.
The search
I turned to spirituality, meditation, dance, yoga, breathwork, and medication. Each offered me temporary relief, and at times, a deeper glimpse into an embodied sense of self. But the pain always lingered beneath the surface, eventually circling back in new forms.
These practices are supportive — but they’re not cures. Their lasting medicine begins to unfold when woven into the rhythms of daily life.
The integration
Real change happens when insight is lived – when it moves through the body, shapes our relationships, and reorients how we meet the world. That is what this practice is built around.
Early formation
Biology, neuroscience & the mechanisms of change
A pre-medical path that seeded a lifelong curiosity about how the body participates in transformation.
Early twenties
Drug-induced psychosis & the beginning of recovery
A short-lived episode with lasting impact: chronic panic, disorientation, and a reckoning that took years to integrate.
Graduate studies
Naropa University — Somatic Psychotherapy
Thesis on childhood abandonment and the body as the site of both wound and restoration.
Clinical training
SSP, Gottman Level 1 & depth psychological practice
Building a multi-modal framework: nervous system regulation, relational repair, and the Soul’s path.
Since 2025
Training under Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés Réyes

Now
Wild Refinement Studio
Where all of these threads meet in service of your interior life.
A philosophy rooted in the examined life.
No single modality holds all the answers. What matters is whether insight moves through the body, shapes relationships, and reorients how we meet the world.
01
The body is not a symptom to manage
It is a living archive — shaped by experience, identity, and the systems we and our ancestors have moved through.
02
Real change happens when insight is lived
Not when understood intellectually, but when it moves through the body and reorients how we meet the world.
03
Restoration lives where honesty meets artistry
Growth is not only pursued here — it is witnessed, within intentional community.
A space where the psyche
is met with reverence.
This studio is my offering to those navigating their own nonlinear process of becoming. A space where the body is not just a site of personal exploration – but a living archive shaped by experience, identity, and the systems we and our ancestors have moved through.
Here we honor the ways power, privilege, and systemic forces are held in the body – and how reconnection, expression, and choice can begin from that very place.
My studio is now yours. Let’s explore what’s possible — together.
You are genuinely seen
Not managed or reduced. Met with curiosity and care for the full complexity of who you are.
Growth is nonlinear here
This is not a fix. It is a process of becoming — slow, embodied, and deeply your own.
Community as medicine
Witnessed growth within intentional community is part of the offering — not an add-on.
The body holds the memory
Somatic and archetypal work opens what words alone cannot reach.
