Couples Counseling

The Refinement Series
A collection of multi-week guided modules that offer focused, in-depth exploration of specific areas of concern. Each series takes your small group on a deep dive into internal wounds, blending psychoeducation, reflection, and practical tools to help you better understand your experiences and begin the process of healing and integration—within a supportive and intentionally curated community.

Studio Work
An experiential space where therapy meets creativity. Through movement, imagery, writing, and symbolic exploration, you’ll engage with your inner world in ways that go beyond words—allowing insight, emotion, and transformation to emerge through the process of making. This is where healing becomes artful, embodied, and uniquely your own.
Learn and Grow
The Refinement Series
The Refinement Series is a multi-week, guided therapeutic module designed for deep, intentional exploration within a small group setting. The first offering, Re-Storying Childhood Abandonment, invites participants into a layered journey of understanding the impact of early and ongoing experiences of abandonment—emotionally, relationally, and somatically. Using a blend of psychoeducation, creative reflection, and body-based practices, this series supports the integration of past wounds and the emergence of new, grounded ways of relating to yourself and others.

Guided Programs

The Refinement Series
The Refinement Series is a transformative collection of guided experiences designed to deepen self-understanding and support personal evolution through the integration of psychological insight, symbolic exploration, and embodied practice. Each series offers a focused journey – whether into emotions, attachment, relationship dynamics, nervous system regulation, or abandonment recovery – while drawing from a shared methodology rooted in creative ritual, somatic awareness, and meaning-making. Rather than offering quick fixes or static lessons, The Refinement Series invites participants into an ongoing process of refinement: returning to the self again and again with greater clarity, compassion, and capacity.
Duration
This is a multi-week, guided therapeutic module designed for deep, intentional exploration within a small group setting. Each session builds on the last, guiding your cohort through themes such as attachment, loss, inner longing, and self-reclamation. Supplemental resources, guided prompts, and optional creative practices are provided for reflection between sessions.
Availability
Offered twice a year—each Spring and Fall, beginning in 2026. Enrollment opens several weeks in advance and spots are limited to ensure a safe, connected, and intentional group experience.
Options
The Refinement Series is offered virtually, making it accessible wherever you are. It can stand alone as a focused therapeutic experience or be paired with ongoing, reduced-rate individual therapy for a more integrated and personalized approach. Whether you’re just beginning therapy or have been on this path for some time, The Refinement Series providesxsw a structured yet creative space to explore core wounds and engage in meaningful, embodied healing.

Safe & Sound Protocol
Developed by Dr. Stephen Porges and offered through Unyte-ILS, the Safe and Sound Protocol is a non-invasive, evidence-based music therapy designed to gently retune the nervous system. Rooted in Polyvagal Theory, SSP uses specially filtered music to help regulate the autonomic nervous system, reducing stress and enhancing a sense of safety, connection, and emotional resilience. This protocol is especially helpful for those navigating trauma, anxiety, sensory sensitivities, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
Duration
The full protocol consists of 5 hours of listening time, typically broken into 11 or more sessions. Each session includes no more than 30 minutes of listening, with pacing tailored to your individual nervous system’s readiness. The experience is intentionally slow and titrated to support safety and integration, allowing your system to shift gradually toward greater regulation.
Availability
The Safe and Sound Protocol is available year-round and can begin whenever you’re ready, following an initial consultation to assess fit and readiness. Because the protocol relies on slow, intentional engagement with your nervous system, it requires consistent and dedicated sessions to support the most effective and lasting results. Together, we’ll create a plan that honors your system’s unique rhythm and capacity for change.
Options
The Safe and Sound Protocol can be done in person or virtually, depending on your preference. It may be used as a stand-alone therapy or woven into any existing psychotherapy offering. Whether you’re working individually, in couples work, or within group support, SSP can serve as a foundational layer of nervous system regulation to enhance deeper therapeutic engagement.
