Virtual & accessible
The work
A focused journey
into the interior.
Each series offers a focused journey — whether into emotions, attachment, relationship dynamics, nervous system regulation, or abandonment recovery — while drawing from a shared methodology rooted in creative ritual, somatic awareness, and meaning-making.
Rather than offering quick fixes or static lessons, The Refinement Series invites participants into an ongoing process of refinement: returning to the self again and again with greater clarity, compassion, and capacity.
The format
Structured, intentional,
and community-held.
This is a multi-week, guided therapeutic module designed for deep, intentional exploration within a small group setting. Each session builds on the last, guiding your cohort through themes such as attachment, loss, inner longing, and self-reclamation.
Supplemental resources, guided prompts, and optional creative practices are provided for reflection between sessions.
The Refinement Series provides a structured yet creative space to explore core wounds and engage in meaningful, embodied healing.

Re-storying Childhood
Abandonment through
Body, Symbol & Soul
When we are left too soon — emotionally, physically, or spiritually — we carry the imprint of absence as an unspoken language in our bodies. This series is designed for those carrying the imprint of early or ongoing abandonment.
Through storytelling, body-based inquiry, and symbolic exploration, we begin to shift the relationship we have with absence — not by fixing it, but by becoming present to it.
Together, we explore how absence lives in the body, how it shapes our relationships and self-concept, and how it can be re-storied — through expression, witnessing, movement, image, and shared ritual.
