The Refinement Series is a transformative collection of guided experiences designed to deepen self-understanding and support personal evolution through the integration of psychological insight, symbolic exploration, and embodied practice. Each series offers a focused journey—whether into emotions, attachment, relationship dynamics, nervous system regulation, or abandonment recovery—while drawing from a shared methodology rooted in creative ritual, somatic awareness, and meaning-making. Rather than offering quick fixes or static lessons, The Refinement Series invites participants into an ongoing process of refinement: returning to the self again and again with greater clarity, compassion, and capacity. Each path is distinct, yet all are grounded in the belief that healing is both an inner unfolding and a relational art—best nurtured in community, through presence, and with care.
Re-storying Childhood Abandonment through Body, Symbol & Soul
When we are left too soon – emotionally, physically, or spiritually – we carry the imprint of absence as an unspoken language in our bodies. Re-storying Childhood Abandonment is a guided 8-week small group journey designed for those carrying the imprint of early or ongoing abandonment. Through storytelling, body-based inquiry, and symbolic exploration, we begin to shift the relationship we have with absence—not by fixing it, but by becoming present to it.
Rooted in the belief that the wound itself holds the potential for transformation, this series invites participants into a space where story, sensation, and symbol converge. Together, we explore how absence lives in the body, how it shapes our relationships and self-concept, and how it can be re-storied—through expression, witnessing, movement, image, and shared ritual.
This is not traditional talk therapy. It’s a layered, creative, somatic process grounded in ritual, community, and deep self-inquiry. Whether you’re just beginning to name the shape of the void or are seeking new ways to relate to long-held patterns, this series offers a structured, soulful container for exploration and healing.

In the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), music therapy is used as a way to support nervous system regulation. Through specially filtered music, the protocol helps shift the body out of states of defense and into a felt sense of safety—laying the groundwork for deeper emotional connection, resilience, and healing.
