When we move at the pace of the body, we create space for a deeper kind of co-regulation -where connection can unfold from a place of nervous system safety, rather than pressure or performance.

The Safe & Sound Protocol

Listening your way back to Regulation

When the body has been shaped by trauma, even rest can feel threatening. SSP is a gentle, non-invasive listening intervention that works directly with your nervous system—helping re-pattern how you experience safety, connection, and calm.

How SSP Works

  • Filtered music stimulates the vagus nerve to support regulation
  • Sessions are ~20–30 minutes and paced based on your readiness
  • Integration support (before, during, after) is provided
  • Can be done in person or remotely
  • You don’t need to talk—just notice and listen

Who the SSP Supports

This might be a fit if you:

  • Live with anxiety, shutdown, hyperarousal, or emotional flooding
  • Struggle to stay regulated in relationships or therapy
  • Have a history of complex trauma or early attachment wounds
  • Want to support your body’s healing in a gentle, non-verbal way
  • Struggle with sensory sensitivities that are interfering with your life

How We’ll Work Together

  • Intro Consultation: 45-minute nervous system mapping session
  • SSP Protocol: 5 hours of listening, broken into digestible segments
  • Support Sessions: Ongoing integration offered if needed

Pricing

Because the protocol is paced in alignment with your nervous system’s capacity, each package is thoughtfully tailored to support safe integration—while also keeping the process as financially accessible as possible.

Guided Programs

Guided Programs offer a structured and supportive way to engage with meaningful themes over time. Whether you’re exploring personal patterns, learning new tools, or deepening self-awareness, these programs provide a steady framework for insight, growth, and transformation.

In the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), music therapy is used as a way to support nervous system regulation. Through specially filtered music, the protocol helps shift the body out of states of defense and into a felt sense of safety—laying the groundwork for deeper emotional connection, resilience, and healing.
